I bought a WD 80 GIG HD/ 8 MB cache...and reinstalled windows in it....the system
is super fast....the 3d mark 2001 performance test when up from 7800 to 8400+- so
there was an increase ...but with the system I'm running I should break the 10000-11000
barrier with ease....I don't get it....and I have the latest Nvidia drivers installed....the
two questions that I have are:...I'm running a geforce fx 5600 with a 4X AGP MOBO
instead of 8X....does that affect it too much?... i've been told it just increases
texture performance...and how do I set the AGP aperture?....in te BIOS I don't see
that setting ..neither in the control panel...maybe I'm not looking correctly...thanks
in advance
