I was having the same problem until i read up a bit. After i installed my new fx5200
graphics card i was getting the BSOD and the win32k.sys error. I sorted it by looking
at my memory. I had a 128MB Memory stick and a 512MB in both made by different companies.
I took out the 128 and have not had this problem again since. So check your memory
and see if that works. Cheap answer for me anyhow :-)
