HERE'S THE FIX!! I too was having the same issue w/ my WinXP Wireless network. While accessing My Network Places, I was getting the message "(XXXX)is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available." I resolved the problem by adding "NWLink IPX/SPX/NetBIOS Compatable Transport Protocol " to my network properties list on each computer of my network. The error message is misleading in that it has nothing to do with permissions or servers or logging on as administrator. Hope this helps.
