Then we realized that we still had a Rapidblaster.exe file in our Winnt files. It didn't want to delete because it was still running. So we used Task Manager to blow away a process named rb-something and then deleted the .exe. A combination of this plus KC's instructions has kept us Live-Girls-free for over 12 hours now, so our fingers are crossed...
