My boss got this today also!
Just did a clean install of XP yesterday, installed outlook this morning and by this
afternoon, he started getting this. One thing I noticed- windows update is set to
notify before installation and updates were available in the system tray. After rebooting,
there were no updates available. Scary to think windows update has a problem.
System:
dell dimension 450
256 mb RAM
Clean install of XP, norton AV 2003, Office 2000
Modem: dial-up to mindspring
Hope someone finds an answer!
