I have that same problem, and this is how u get rid of that message that shuts down
ur comp. U go to ur control panel, then u go to services, then scrool down to remote
procedure call(RPC) and double click it, then go to the recovery tab on the box that
just opened, then for the fist, second, and subsequest failure boxes, choose take
no action. That will get rid of that box that shuts down ur comp. I havent figured
out how to fix that other problem yet, but at least ur comp wont be shutting down
on u when ur trying to fix it.
