Well, indeed blocking the ports once you are already a victim of this attack does
not help. However, what you can do (what I successfully did) was downloading the
appropriate patch (they can all be found at http://lsd-pl.net/special.html , in the
left column), rebooting my computer without any network (network cable unplugged)
and then applying it. If you do not do a network-less reboot, the patch just won't
install, it'll hang somewhere during the back-up process. However, after rebooting,
applying the patch, then rebooting again the problem was solved. I do not think (well,
not in my case anyway) that you additionnally need to rollback to solve the problem,
however I am just one example...
