try getting into safe mode...disable evrything from startup...do a sys restore
or
Go to "Control Panel" - "System" - "Advanced" - "Error Reporting" - "Disable".
or
if sys just leaves 60 secs....tell the cust that he has to do the following in 60
secs...start->run->cmd(command prompt)
then type shutdown -a
then download the patch from the link below
http://microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=2354406C-C5B6-44AC-9532-3DE40F69C074&displaylang=en
..... THIS IS WORKING
or
do a chkdsk /r
either one will work
