I can confirm that this problem is being caused by the W32.Blaster Worm. Check out
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.blaster.worm.html
Truth be told - it's a bit of an arse, and incredibly scary for those not in the
know. Like symantec suggest - it's pretty much harmless, apart from duplicating itself
and using resources (which can do funny things to ur system).
