Alright, I have the solutions here...
First install the MS03-026 Update. [ http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/security/bulletin/MS03-026.asp
]
That rids you of the vulnerability, kind of.
Next you'll have to do some cleaning, either manually with regedit and explorer,
or using a virii tool that's caught this shit already. Look for a file running in
the background called msblast.exe, if it's running or in your system/system32 directories,
you're infected. Here's one that has the good info: http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_100547.htm
