Check this out... check your processes (and system32) for MSBLAST.EXE... if it's
there, kill it. I've found 3 people with this problem and they all had it. I have
no info on what it is... but it's a major factor I'm sure... also, under MSCONFIG,
it's listed as: "Windows Auto Update" and is not found when doing a virus scan.
