i experienced the same problem,here's what to do=go to control panel,administrative
tools,applications and services,remote procedure call,select take no action on all
3 options,then go to microsoft website,downloads and if you use xp download the fix
for xp RPC after you run that,restart your pc go back to admin tools and set RPC
back to restart pc and you should not have the problem again.
