I guarantee that most, if not all, of you have this new virus:

msblast.exe IS the file that's responsible for this, so no wonder someone said that
stopping it in ur process list(ctrl+alt+del, then processes, msblast) solves the
problem.
To get rid of it, how I did, go here to download a virus scanner that scans for this
and 25 other viruses/worms:
http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/
Download stinger.exe and scan C:. I used all checkbox-options under preferences to
scan every single file, subdirectory, and archive.
I also downloaded the previously mentioned MS Vulnerability update, just in case.
