to whom it may concern;
I was trying to install some lame addon when this same problem began, after it would
shut me down exvery 5-10 mins for approx 5 hrs (!#@$^&*%$#^&**() I found an update
in the microsoft web sight that included the RPC files...some security update for
XP... so i figured what the heck, and ran this file called "WindowsXP-KB823980-x86-ENU.exe"
sorry, cant remember where I found it, juststartted serching for remote Procedure
Call(RPC) and found it. It seems to have set it up correctly, and now I find this
sight that confirms that the "services.msc" also will allow access to set the setting
to automatic
