Go to C:/Windows/System32 and rename the file "TASKMGR" to "TASKMGR.TXT" (Windows
will make another copy of it, so you dont have to worry). Double-click on TASKMGR.TXT
and it'll open your task manager without disappearing again. From there, you can
figure out what program is causing the problem by "end process" one by one.
