Probably u can't delete it, because it is running and therefore locked.
To stop it:
Run the Task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del and task manger),
find the 'msblast.exe' on the Processes tab and
stop it (End Process).
Then go ahead and delete the file.
Just for checkup then u could run Stinger (after all it cleans 25 viruses more :-)
