Please help.
I disabled the RPC ANDDDDD restarted right after,
the end result is that now the window starts up really slow ANDD the toolbar (the 
bar on the bottom with the Start button) is gone, along with everything but the recycle 
bin gone.  Can't do nothing...

PLEASE HELP... I need the computer before tomorrow to finish off my paper due tomorrow 
night...
