Well, In fact it's a virus named Worm_MSBLAST
Kill MSBLAST From memory CTRL+ALT+SUP go to process tab and kill it
After delete registry entry dans ..\currentversion\run (windows update)
So after this you can delete MSBLAST.EXE located in your WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory
But you have to install the security update patch from microsoft to disable the RPC
exploit so the virus could'nt reinfect your computer.
