!!! SOLUTION !!!
IT IS A VIRUS !!!
I'VE HAD ALL SYMPTOMS YOU GUYS WROTE ABOUT, BUT THE REAL SOLUTION IS:
1. GO TO SYMANTEC
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.blaster.worm.removal.tool.html
AND DOWNLOAD THE TOOL, IT WILL SCAN YOUR SYSTEM CLEAN OF THE BUGGER
2. IT WILL SEND YOU TO MICROSOFT PAGE WHERE THEY ALREADY PLACED THE PATCH TO CLOSE
THE WHOLE THAT VIRUS CAME THROUGH...
IF YOU'RE NOT ABLE TO DO ANYTHING, PRESS CTR+ALT+DEL ==> PROCESSES AND "END PROCESS"
NAMED "MSBLAST" - THAT'S THE VIRUS!
you can also search your hard drive to locate it (msblast.exe or so...) but symantec
prograv will do it better!!!
Good luck!!! I Hope I've Helped ...
