Hey, at first I encountered this same problem! But you're probably looking at the wrong ROOT/RPCSS thing. The one you are looking for is in HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG\. There are a couple other SYSTEM\ROOT\ folders. Just make sure you're in HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG\ and there shoudl be a CSConfigFlags there waiting for you to change! Hope this helps!
