I was hit with this problem last night and tried everything to no avail!! Discovered today that it is a virus named Blast and it starts when you start Windows so ALL other remedies fail. Go to Symantec and find their Free Tool to remove this virus. Then after it runs it will guide you to the Microsoft site to download a patch to prevent it in the future. I did all of this and system is FINE now ... Pass It On
