Yes, this is something to do with the windows networking. However yourrebooting problem
is what windows is doing to try and correct this problem. In order to fix the rebooting
problem you simply need to go into control panel then to admin tools, then computer
managment, then select services. Once you find the Remote Proceedure Call (RPC) double
click it and set it to restart process on the 1st and 2nd attempt and reboot on the
third. this will have windows autofix the problem for you and keep from rebooting
unless it absolutly will not restart. I just got this error today and am looking
into the fix..
