First - you are correct, XP Home does not come with,
nor support PWS; nor does it come with or support IIS.
Second - XP Pro doesn't come with nor support PWS
either. XP Pro comes with and uses the full blown web server called Internet Information
Services, IIS for short.
Third - The difference between the two (Home & Pro)
is the amount of bandwidth permitted by the Home version is too low to allow serving
web pages. [by the way, there's no such thing as "Home Pro" it's one or the other]
Lastly - Since there is no such thing as XP Pro version
of PWS you can't get it anywhere.
If you really want to develop web pages, ASP or other scripting types, on a serious
level I suggest you get something that has the power to support what you are trying
to do. Such as - NT WS 4.0 with the NT Option pack add-on, Windows 2000 Professional
or Windows XP Professional.
