Make sure they aren't marked read only. If they aren't, log in as the system administrator
and take ownership of the file(s) / dir(s) that you cannot delete then delete them.
If the problem is they are locked (in use), reboot and go into Safe Mode Command
Prompt Only then delete them. Good luck.
