Hi guys. One of the problems of Win XP is system restore: after removing and applying
the patch it can restore old settings. And do not forget to start Remote Procedure
Call service, it is a critical service and that's why you can't copy and paste.
If that service is stopped a lots of other services in win XP (unlike win2000) are
stopped too (look in dependencies).
