Still working it.
It looks like there is a possibility that the MS Root Certificate could be involved
in the problem.
Check your machine for the presence of this certificate by going to:
Internet Explorer
Tools Menu
Internet Options...
"Content" tab
"Certificates" button
"Trusted Root Certification Authorities" tab
Look for the presence of these two certs:
1) Microsoft Root Authority
2) Microsoft Root Certificate Authority
If both are present and OK, then this is not the problem.
If one or both is not there, then consult this MS KnowledgeBase page: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en=us;281458
Please post back if it works or not.
