Logged out of safemode. Restarted the machine and did the registrations that marc had suggested. Rebooted the machine. Installed the service pack. Then the patch, and finally the msblast removal tool. Everything is back to normal. Thanks for all the help guys and gals. Great Thread! Take Care!
