I too am a best buy tech. I work at store 333, and we have had 3 of these errors
in the last 2 hours. I created a file CryptSVC.bat and included this in it:
@echo off
net start cryptsvc
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll
echo please reboot the machine and try again
pause
exit
Then Reboot and it has worked every time.
