If you want to continue to use Windows Messenger, but don't want it to run w/ OE,
the second REGEDIT works PERFECTLY!!! One thing I noticed about the Group Policy
Edit was that it slowed down the OE startup TREMENDOUSLY!!! Plus, that prevents
use at all.
