Top reasons for random, fatal crashes in Windows XP and Windows 2000:

While trying to reload windows xp my computer was in safe mode. now i continually get the message that the computer is going to restart because xp cannot be loaded in safe mode. The problem is I can,t get it out of safe mode even though i use f8.It seems that i can,t recover my system.i can however use the delete button to get me to bios but I don,t know what to do then. Any help would be greatly appreciated
