For those of you (like myself) who just managed to shut down RpcSs (I did it via
Safe mode) while eradicating the worm du jour, this hint will work to turn RpcSs
back on. If you actually deleted your Profile instead, you may need to also fix
HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\ROOT\Legacy_RPCSS\0000 (I don't
know). And as was mentioned earlier, if the idea of messing with the registry is
something that gives you fits, try installing the Recovery Console and making the
changes that way.
