RE: I had this happen to me as well. Funny thing is that it was NOT always like this.
I am running Win XP on two machines, and for whatever reason, as of Monday Aug.
25, 2003, both machines began having this problem. I just tried the REGEDIT suggestion
given by Deep Sea Angler, and much to my dissappointment, it DID NOT WORK. Can someone
PLEASE come up with a valid cause and solution to this HUGE ANNOYANCE ????
