I have a COMMENT about How do I turn off the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer as my default image viewer?:

Please add a note to your fixes "This will only remove Preview for image formats that are associated with an alternate viewer. File types that are associated with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer will still show the Preview option." --- quote taken from http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/1207/ ALSO: to re-associate file types easily, right-click on a file (a BMP for example) and choose "open with" then choose "choose program" then check "always use the selected program to open this kind of file" then select the program you want and hit "OK". NOW the association will work. I love your site, so please clarify this to help others. Ian
