Andrew, Like you , I had and still have a problem with an error message. I contacted Dell with the problem Guess what? They said it was MS windows issue. I contact MS with the issue and guess what? They said it was Dells problem. I asked to speak to a superivsor who supposedly cleared all this up. Ya think!! He said that Dell was sold a license to use Windows and in the agreement, Dell is suppose to service what they sell. Dell disagrees since they have no service manuals for Microsoft error codes. I will never buy another Dell product.
