"Start.exe" is not available on newer versions of Windows (where Start remains a
valid shell command, but it is implemented directly in the command processor, rather
than as a separate file).
your sujjestion to add "start /belownormal" to the begining of the entries in the
run section of the registry disables those lines. Why did you suggest something
you never tried yourself?
