ive been experiencing thsi problmeb as well. it is not the server. all servers i
join have the lowest ping. i think its somthing with xp or a worm. by observing the
network utilization of task manager, it seems somthign is being downloaded constantly,
this is what is causing my lag. it could be causing yours..
