I was debugging a problem on windows when I accidentally disabled my RPC. I figured,
it's a service, I can always re-enabled it. Of course you can't as the properties
boxes no longer show up without RPC (I have no idea why they would build that dep).
Everything went foobar on the machine until I read this tip and rebooted. Thank
you!
