I have a question about Things that slow down system bootup:

I'm using XP Pro and it's very slow when started, but i know the reason, it's because of the Norton Internet Security and Antivirus that I use. the problem is that naturally I can't disable these two applications. So what do you suggest I do, in order to start my windows quicker but still keep these two application to run on start-up. thanks
