You can do the same thing using Process Viewer from sysinternals.com and force the
handles closed of those files that winlogon.exe has open. It doesn't work that way
either, though. This is such baloney. I guess that's what people get for being on
a system that tries to be totally automated. That's partly why I like Linux better.
