I have a question about When I choose "Shut Down" from the Start Menu, my computer restarts instead of shutting down:

I have the same problem but only after accessing the internet. My ISP is AOL. I thought it might be something to do with the AOL programme crashing or something. Anyone have a view or some advice on how to proceed?
