blank error message!

Yeah, i'm having a slight problem--er--annoyance. Each time XP starts, a small,
BLANK error message window pops up which halts the startup until I make a choice.
The window has a yellow triangle with an exclamation point inside of it and Yes
and No buttons, but nothing else! When i click Yes, XP seems to startup extra slowly.
Clicking No seems to work fine. This is not a major problem, but it is extremely
ANNOYING!!! I don't have to restart my machine often, but I wish I didn't have that
stupid useless box pop up when I do have to restart. I've already updated and scanned
for viruses. I have no idea why this just started happening. Any help with this
would be greatly appreciated! Thanx!
