You might want to check the "Event Logs" under the Event Viewer under System Tools
in the Computer Management screen. That is available through Control Panel / Administrative
Tools.
The events logged at startup might give you a clue as to why the error message is
popping up. And looking at the sequence of events for several startups might tell
you what is happening when you click yes, as contrasted to when you click NO.
