Microsoft has a knowledgebase article describing this very issue:

The article references Outlook 2000. However, if you're using Outlook XP, all you
need to do is change the "9.0" subkey to read "10.0" instead, then follow all other
steps accordingly. Similarly, Outlook 2003 would be "11.0".
