This work perfectly for me as well, however, I wish to use Paint Shop Pro as the 
default. I replaced 
"%systemroot%\system32\mspaint.exe" "%1"
with 
"C:\Program Files\Jasc Software Inc\Paint Shop Pro 7\exe" "961". When I selected 
edit, the Paintshop  program open but desplayed the following error "Unable To Open 
File".
Any suggestions?
