I don't know if those are typos in your path or if they were intentional but:
1. Recheck the path to your PSP. - I navigated to my program of choice through Windows
Explorer & then just copied the path from the address bar & pasted it in the registry.
2. You have "961" at the end where it used to say "%1" - why?
I may be delving too deep for your own good but I'd take another look at these two
things & see if that resolves your trouble. Also, have you tried opening this file
without going through Picture & Fax Viewer just to make sure the file is not corrupt?
