The "961" was at the end of the originial mspaint.exe registry entry. I just included
it with the new Paintshop command. I copied the path from windows explorer as well
but the psp.exe was not present due to typo error. I removed the "961" and retried.
The psp program opened however the file to be edited did not. Puzzling! Suggestions?
Oh by the way, the psp program opened fine.
