re: Empty Device Manager Saturday, September 13, 2003 at 9:19 pm Windows XP Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Dave D (2 messages posted) I have had a look around and it doesnt seem that this could have been caused by the rpc patches because alot of people have been experiencing it well before the patches were released. I am sure Microsoft will actually have soem usefull troubleshooting for this sometime just after people have stopped using XP and moved to longhorn or whatever it ends up being called.
