I have a friend who was having the same problem with his computer. He asked me to
help him - I had to let him down. Please help me help my friend. It would give
me the same error message you mentioned 10 times before comming up. When working
with his computer the it seemed to work okay until It connected to the internet -
maybe there's a connection there.
