WinZIP ? What is this winzip talking all about.
WinRAR - http://www.rarlab.com
WinRAR provides complete support for RAR and ZIP archives and is able to unpack CAB,
ARJ, LZH, TAR, GZ, ACE, UUE, BZ2, JAR, ISO archives
