I am trying to use the subst command on my computer, but it doesn't allow spaces to be used. I am able to access some folders using the ~ key, but others I cannot. The ones I can are represented like: C:\Docume~1\...; or C:\PROGRA~1; or Docume~1\Owner\Local~s. Other than, these, and a couple other within the documents and settings folder, I don't know what would be used. If someone could tell me how to determine what to type before the ~ and after it, whether its a number or a letter, I would have much appretiation for them. Thanks in Advance. Arthur A.
